Weight Loss Progress

Well I hear about it all the time on Biggest Looser. And I guess it is true. "The dreaded second week" I was sick Monday and Tuesday. But I was back to exercising on Wednesday. I worked out for at least an hour a day. I worked out for 2 hours on Thursday! I ate super good. And guess what? I lost nothing!!! It is very disheartening! But I will just press forward from here. I will make this a super good week or exercising and eating right. Hopefully my body will kick into gear.

Good luck, Kaylyn :) Your motivation inspires me! If you ever need a walking partner give me a call. Do you still have your elliptical?

Thanks Adelyn! I will for sure call you! I think I will start walking again in a month or two. Yes I have my elliptical. I have been working out on it 1-2 hours a day. Tonight it broke! I am not to happy about that! So I am going to have to take it to the blacksmith shop in the morning and see if they can weld it for me. I am going to be completely lost without it!

The first week you lose a lot of water weight and you have to catch up the second week. You'll have better results this week!!

So give me your diet.What exactly do you eat because I can't figure out how you keep you calorie intake so low.

Breakfast-Cranberry Oatmeal(sugar free from Village Farm)-120 calories
1/2 grapefruit-40 calories
Lunch-raw spinach with fat free dressing-110 calories
fat free cottage cheese-80 calories
2 slices of ham-60 calories
2 sweet pickles-10 calories
2 beets- 10 calories
afternoon snack- Special K bar(chocolatey Pretzel)-90 calories
Dinner-(I change this every week) I make up enough for the week and freeze it. then all I have to do is pop it in the microwave and it is portioned and ready to eat.)
This week it is Salmon-100 calories
steamed cauliflower/broccoli-15 calories
Salad-110 calories
pm snack- sugar free Jello Pudding (chocolate of course ! :)-60 calories
Total Calories for the day 805
I try to keep my carbs low and the sugar content low. I just found things that I love to eat. The week before I had a Chicken breast and mushrooms for dinner. I try to keep my calories under a 1000. It usually is not a problem unless I go out to eat. Even then I made smarter choices. I also try to eat something every 2-3 hours. So I am never hungry.
